ACCOUNTS AND ADMIN MANAGER
LOCATION: MOUMASA
Our client in the engineering and inspection sector is seeking to recruit a highly skilled and dependable Account & Admin Manager to oversee their Finance, Administration, and HR support functions. The local curriculum will ensure accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, compliance with statutory and ISO 9001:2015 standards, and effective internal leadership across multiple operational sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee company accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Ensure full statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE, SHIF, NSSF, HELB, NITA, WNT, etc.) across all jurisdictions where the company operates.
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial insights.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits in line with ISO 9001:2015 and company policies.
- Developers payroll processing for staff and casuals, ensuring accuracy, timefiness, and confidentiality.
- Lead, train, and mentor Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and Administration teams to maintain accountability and high performance.
- Oversee administrative operations including travel, filing systems, procurement support, and office supplies.
- Maintain employee records, leave management, and recruitment databases.
- Strengthen internal controls, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions promptly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CFA Section 5 or higher (CPAR) preferred.
- Maintain 5 years’ experience in finance and administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of tax laws, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in equity, financial reporting, and multi-site business operations.
- Provident in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and position-solving skills.
- High integrity, excellent organization, and effective communication abilities.
