Supply and Delivery of Anti-Doping Information Materials and Giveaways framework contract for a period of two (2) years (lots)
TENDER NO. ADAK /OT/11/2022-2024
1. The Anti-Doping Agency of Kenya invites sealed tenders for the supply of Anti-Doping Information Materials and Giveaways.
2. Tendering will be conducted under National open competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Tendering is open to all AGPO firms registered appropriately with the National Treasury.
4. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more item/lot.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours i.e. 0900 to 1500 hour at the address given below.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Kenya shillings One thousand in cash or Banker's Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be
obtained electronically from the Website www.adak.or.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
7. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@adak.or.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security Declaration.
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday 30th January 2023 at 11.00am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
