INVITATION TO TENDER
PROCURING ENTITY: Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute. P.O Box 81651- 80100, Mombasa
CONTRACT NAME AND DESCRIPTION: Provision of Internet Services.
1. The Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute invites sealed tenders for Provision of Internet Services
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [0800 to 1700 hours] at the address given above. More details on the Services are provided in PART 2 - Services' Requirements, Section V - Description of Services of the Tender Document.
4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.kmfri.go.ke  Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kmfri.go.ke or ppip website. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to supplies@kmfri.go.ke, Telephone: 0720374726 or +254-20-8041560/1/ +254 020 8021560/ +254 41 and P.O Box 81651-80100 Mombasa to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shillings of Kshs.300,000.00 form a reputable Bank/Insurance company valid for 180 days
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 7th February 2023 at 10.00. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
