ActionAid International Kenya is a non-partisan, non-religious development organisation that has been working in Kenya since 1972 to address poverty and injustice. We would like to acquire property and are seeking proposals for land with the below mentioned specifications:

7-10 Acres of Land (as one parcel).

Within 25km radius from Nanyuki town.

Usage registered as commercial or can be converted before completion of purchase.

Has or is near utilities such as water (county or borehole) and electricity.

Proper access roads.

Secure Environment.

Proximity to primary & secondary schools desired.

Must not be under any dispute/ legal tussle.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The quotation should be accompanied by a photocopy of title deed and should have a price va- lidity of not less than 60 days.

2. For agent(s), you should provide a signed engagement letter showing that you have prior consent from the owner(s) to sell the land on their behalf.

3. If you have valuation reports for the land kindly share a copy.

4. You may bid for more than one property if it strictly meets the above specifications.

5. Clearly describe the property you are quoting for (e.g.. provide photos of the key areas).

6. The financial proposal must be received in plain envelopes bearing the below tender number and

name:

AAIK/GPK/2/6/2023: LAND ACQUISITION - NANYUKI & ENVIRONS.

7. Be addressed and delivered to the undersigned via courier or registered mail. All quotes to be received on or before 28th June 2023 at 5.00pm.
