JOB DETAILS:

Reporting to the head of KRNA program, the holder of the position will be expected to glorify God by providing effective instructions in one or more of the Kenya Registered Nurse Anesthetist courses depending on the area of expertise.

Applicants Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Attributes
1. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related filed
2. Kenya registered Nurse Anesthetist (KRNA)
3. Registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)
4. Valid Nursing practicing license
5. A minimum of three (3) years teaching/training experience within a relevant educational/clinical setting
6. Must be able to provide instructions at various levels within the program areas
7. Must have experience in developing course curriculum as per accreditation and international standards
8. Must possess specialist knowledge and the ability to operate specialist programs and equipment
9. Must have effective presentation skills, both theoretical and practical
10. A high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the learning environment and teaching methodology
11. Demonstrate the ability to function as a team player within a multi-cultural work environment
12. Should have effective people management and conflict resolution skills
13. Must be aligned to the mission and vision of the AIC Kijabe hospital
