Saloon Car Driver should have the following requirements;
• Minimum of 10 years of over-the-road driving experience
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid certificate of good conduct
• No license suspensions resulting from multiple moving violations in the last 36 months.
• No major violation convictions while operating a commercial motor vehicle.
• Proven experience driving long distances.
• Lives in Nairobi County or is willing to relocate to Nairobi once hired.
• High school diploma
• Familiar with GPS devices and has knowledge of area roads and neighbourhood in Nairobi County.
• Able to work over the weekend or during nights when the need arises.
• Polite and professional disposition
• Able to remain calm in stressful driving situations

The organization needs an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take the lead of the warehouse operations and the team.The Supervisor will manage the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision This role supports the rest of the business functions by overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and all warehouse operations. Setting up warehouse layout to ensure efficiency is achieved at all times.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities, including receipt, documentation, storage, safety and maintenance of inventory for both active stock.
• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that align with the company's plans and vision and communicate them to direct reports.
• Organize daily workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Prepare and submit daily performance reports
• Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures, advise and manage budget-related needs.
• Regular coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders on warehouse operations
• Take full autonomy of the warehouse inventory management, repository reconciliation, monitor employee productivity and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees, and assign daily workloads to warehouse workers.
• Monitor and oversee QA/QC processes, packing, order preparation, dispatch, and monitor deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain relevant warehouse records, and prepare and submit reports as required to maintain inventory of items in the warehouse.
• Observe health and safety regulations, and maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Product Delivery
• Delivery of products to the Depots with set timelines according to the products in the warehouse.
• Should take responsibility of stock carried in the vehicle and ensure that the stock loaded tallies with the invoices.
• Clearly demonstrate ability and willingness to articulate work ethics, and values while at work and out of work, as an ambassador of Crown Beverages Limited.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to abrupt changes in programs at short notices.
• Carry out instructions as per the issued Standard Operating Procedures for Drivers.
Customer Service
• Demonstrate good communication and customer care skills.
• Establish good relationships with the customers.
Wellness of Vehicles
• Monitoring of maintenance cycle and overall well- being of the vehicle
• Drive the vehicle in a manner that is fuel efficient.
• Making sure all trucks are cleaned inside and outside and in good working condition
• Making sure the trucks plus any other designated work area are clean both inside and outside

JOB DETAILS:Key Requirements:
• Receiving, shelving, and dispatching of the company’s daily consignment.
• Handling stock returns for credit.
• Responsible for ensuring that all warehouse processes are followed.
• Assist in the showroom as required with clients as well as merchandising of stock.
• Deal with internal and external clients efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare quotations, correspondence and attend to all admin duties.
• Assist with coordinating the showroom displays and ensuring stock is displayed effectively.
• Stay on top of return logistics, comply with the merchandising SOP and assist to keep the showroom up to date.
• Provide monthly reports to the manager.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements and always ensure compliance.
• Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.
• Maintain and improve housekeeping and hygiene standards within the department.
Qualifications:
• Must have a KCPE certificate.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year’ in a similar position.
• Must have experience with MS Office.
• Must be physically fit.
• Above average verbal and written English communications skills to communicate professionally with customers and internally.
