• Report to the Human Resource manager.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals and other forms of media and convert them.
2. Develop “out of the box” sales strategies /models and evaluate their effectiveness.
3. Ensure strong understanding of the company value preposition.
4. Liaise with the External Agents Manager regularly to identify and seal business opportunities.
5. Do thorough real estate marketing intelligence to provide evidence based advise to customers.
6. Support the development and implementation of branding and marketing strategy.
7. Build and maintain relationships with clients.
8. Provide regular reports to the External Agents Manager and the management.
Requirements
1. Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field of study.
2. Must be Computer literate and a strong social media enthusiast.
3. One year experience in Sales, Marketing; Real Estate Sector highly preferred.
4. Must have at least 2000 followers on social media pages.
5. Must be ready to start work immediately.

Job Description, Roles & Responsibilities
• Engage in training of new business acquisition efforts by performing core business development work.
• Manage the needs of existing customers by providing them with exceptional services.
• Develop relationships with new customers and provide them with information on the company’s products and services.
• Ascertain that customers are kept abreast of company policies and procedures and provide them with information on new products and services.
• Create sales agreements according to specific instructions and negotiate the terms and conditions of agreements while training under the sales and marketing department.
• Gather market and customer data by performing detailed research activities.
• Research future buying trends and provide feedback to the supervisor in a bid to assist the sales management team in creating sales plans.
• Advise customers on upcoming product developments and discuss special promotions and campaigns.
