JOB DETAILS: Digital Marketing Executive
Job Summary
The Digital Marketer Executive will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts of existing accounts and new accounts. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in concepts surrounding digital marketing and have a passion for content creation and technology.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop digital strategy for the existing and new accounts.
• Develop marketing content (Videos, Images, polls).
• Design regular digital posts for selected platforms, post and optimize.
• Develop and execute online content calendar, SEO, PPC campaigns or any ad hoc digital marketing activities as required.
• Measure ROI of all executed strategies and report on regular basis
The requirements for the role
• A degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
• Professional training in Digital marketing will be an added advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• At least 1year of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM
• Good knowledge and experience creative content writing
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• Good knowledge and experience of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends etc.)
• Good knowledge and experience in design software (e.g.Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop).

Required Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s in marketing, communication, or similar background
• Technical skills: Marketing Communication strategies and planning, Web, project management, writing and basic graphical work.
• Experience: More than 4 years’ experience.
• Skilled communication and marketing professional
• Experience with value messaging
• Experience from an international/global environment (could be business, private sector, NGO, etc)
Competencies
• Strong in making video and taking photos
• Complex stakeholder management skills
• Persuasive, strong communicator and networker ability to understand and connect with a wide variety of people, from CEOs to technical specialists and people in communities.
• Keen eye for strong visual and graphics
• Fluency in English
• Ideally fluency in French

JOB DETAILS: Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for the Brand’s advertisement platform including product innovation, product management, brand building, lead generation, content marketing, sales materials and campaign management / ad-operations.
• Create sales materials and case studies clearly communicating the unique value proposition of the brand to drive advertisement sales.
• Lead generation through growing engagements, online and offline, with top brands and advertising agencies across Africa.
• Assist the sales team with CRM management, growing and maintaining.
• Contentiously analyze, develop, execute and evaluate ad sales activities.
Qualifications
• BS/BA degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
• At least 5 years of experience working with top Agencies.
• Previous experience working in Media Sales is a MUST.

• End-to-end experience in the content value chain with the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Experience in managing and producing reports.
