Overvview
This role will report into the Group Head of Public Affairs and the holder will provide KOKO Networks with professional analytical, policy review and guidance on new markets where KOKO fuel can solve the dirty cooking fuels menace, with a specific emphasis on the Governments.

Job Responsibility
• To build a new Country scorecard for prioritization of target expansion countries building off the investment, policy, and regulatory environment
• To provide a detailed analysis and mapping of the National Government, Legislature, Executive and regional Governments, and other key stakeholders across selected countries
• To identify critical stakeholders in Governments and other non-government entities, influential persons and entities, their role and outline engagement strategy
• To gather, analyze and review relevant political, legislative, and public policy information, with advice about what resulting lobbying action is needed
• To work closely with the Country Expansion team and ensure alignment and uniformity on priorities, data, and other inputs
• Structure, plan, and project manage key initiatives by prioritized countries by developing proposals, pitch decks, project plans, budgets, and success measures
• To collate data and information from various reputable entities that will enhance our case/presentations with various stakeholders
• To prepare data and any other output to be shared in reports to Government and/or regulatory agencies to update on various statistics around Clean and Renewable Cooking fuel and on Climate Change
• Deliver high-quality strategy reports, policy & data analyses, project management documents and slide presentations

Job Requirements
• University degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Expertise with data analysis
• Familiarity with Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and similar planning frameworks
• Demonstrated aptitude for project management, including ability to balance priorities, clarify stakeholder requirements, lead cross-functional efforts, pay keen attention to detail, and generally keep deliverables on schedule
• Excellent skills in project management and business case development
• Proactive, confident, energetic with the ability to work under pressure, to meet tight schedules/deadlines and monitor/follow up on all actions taken

Responsibilities
• Guide the entire customer brand experience, through exceptional materials, design, collateral, and social media content
• Lead strategic and tactical brand plan development and implementation of marketing plans and briefs
• Co-ordinating the implementation of approved annual Brand Plans
• Implementing brand activities
• Identifying consumer needs, wants, behaviour and usage habits using relevant tools, habits and attitude studies and ad hoc research

Educations and Experience
• 5+ years of solid brand management experience especially in B2C environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification
• Demonstrated experience in brand development, including brand positioning and brand building activities.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications
• Very strong digital marketing experience, with a proven ability to set KPIs that drive ROI / business results
• Experience taking new products from ideation to commercialization, driving margin management initiatives, and pricing strategies

Global Multimedia and Digital Content Manager job at Save the Children

ROLE PURPOSE:
The role of the Global Digital and Multimedia Content Manager is to obtain digital and broadcast media coverage for Save the Children across the world to ensure visibility of issues affecting children as well as Save the Children's work. The role will act as producer for content (film and photography), develop and lead across digital production for the Global Media Unit, working in a high-paced news environment to produce world-class content for international media, members, and social media channels across the organisation. You will also find new ways to improve media engagement with Save the Children’s digital platforms.
In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
