REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree, Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Mandatory 2 to 3 years working experience in the hotel and hospitality industry
• Proven experience in HR with excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
• Strong communication skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Knowledge of the labour law of Kenya
